So if he lost that one why would he sue the same people again unless he knew he had a believable case against them this time.

And playboy probably thought by bringing in a California attorney, maybe the same guy that litigated that case, would be their last hope at winning given they changed law firms so many times in the past 4 years, perhaps not happy with what those attorneys were telling them.

You know they are only going after playboy right now with other defendants waiting their turn.

And with no beverage , if playboy wins, what will they do for an energy drink. Taste tests showed 4 out of 5 preferred our taste over Red Bull and Monster and Rockstar.

It will be easier for their Marketing guy to contract with another high profile sports stars or brand like Polo or the parrot heads to promote the product. Only two more weeks to find out.
