One thing is for sure, if they were not going to give this a shot somehow there would be no bid . Something is going on even if it fails. Gameplan here is to hope for a .0002 bid, sell half ride free. But who knows what will happen.
I have been following the interesting test results of the Green Force electric system and the owner seems very happy with it. There are graphs for days that have both sun and wind or start out sunny then get cloudy etc. Best day 89% of electricity needs met. The guy in another country's company is also happy with the towermill project and placed a large order.
So things are happening, in the right hands this still could have some value.
