unless a candidate came right out and said that they would legalize pot I don't think that it would make much difference. However after the election if the news is full of stories about states legalizing it, that is when pot stocks will take off. When there are news stories about the stocks taking off people will start paying attention. Many of them will look at companies like gwph and think at $130 I can only afford a few shares but I can afford thousands or millions of share of this one
