I'd say the difference between these two 8ks is that the DLCR actually has something to offer..Actually gives detailed information about how and from whom the timber will be processed(swell as signatures from the supposed resource owners) and then CDII merely just states "350 million iron ore supply contract" with no detailed information following..
IMO we will not see a R/S like CDII did because these contracts are actually real and also CDII CEO was DEFINITELY not as transparent as Warren has been..Sorry to be comparing and sorry your friend didnt cash out with his 75k before the split happened but there are definitely differences between these 8ks that are evident.
