merger....... Ill tell you when i saw that they are in talks to merge with another company i was ready to sell everything i own of this comapny.

its like this if they merge with a public company chances are our shares will be greatly reduced to convert with the larger company.

on the flip side if they merge with a private company that will give the company more assets more business etc...

Im writing a letter now to the company to see the details plans etc. of what they are really looking to do....


but i think these are things thats that all shareholders should be aware about..
