need a little clarity on this

just found where 5 insiders have filed to sell shares recently.(if this has already been covered here I have not found it)

The sale registrations were from July 27th-August 2nd and totals 393750 shares! Here is my question-these are form 144 PROPOSED sells and I believe that the seller has the option to sell immediately, within 30 days, or not at all. Is there any way that we can find out if they have been executed?? If they have then that speaks volumes, and if they have not it will sure add a big boost to our morale. Insiders selling 393k shares at a value of $450k +/- when they are SUPPOSED to be worth $5.895M within days would be a big indicator.
