O/K !! Now that we have cleared up that the BREWHOUSE is not a subsidiary of UPZS as BOTTOM has claimed.
Then it must be a franchise.
I have reviewed the last seven quality reports and can't find a franchise fee recorded as income ???
I note they recorded BREWHOUSE equipment of over $500.000.00 witch they can not explain ???
JIM VOWLER HAS A LOT TO EXPLAIN.
