HELP CUSTOMERS FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THEIR NEEDS
INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS USING A FRIENDLY, FUN, AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
PARTICIPATE IN OUTSIDE SALES EVENTS OR PROMOTIONS
WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Meet or Exceed Sales Goals
35 + hours per week
Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
Conduct bill reviews on customers’ accounts
Maintain standards for personal activations
Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers
Attend all required meetings
Other duties as assigned

Requirement Sell products and services offered by the company to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. Provide efficient and friendly customer service while ensuring an extraordinary sales experience. Uphold and exhibit Metro PCS company values. Maintain strong knowledge for equipment, products, offers, and technical aspects as they relate to the wireless industry. Demonstrate ability to learn and understand new products and services. HOURLY WAGE PLUS OUTSTANDING COMMISSION POTENTIAL, SPIFFS, PHONE & PLAN DISCOUNTS.
