You have the founder of NTEK in prison. Repeated lies and broken promises year after year. We even have the email posted here years back from DF stating that 15,000 were already shipped to retailers but somehow never was received. Audited financials promised again and again at every SHM yet never materialized. Just lies about new auditing firm working on therm. What about the last lie about NTGL's audits being completed in a few days then no news and the year has gone by with nothing. Lying about 4K when the source material from Paramount is in 2K and UF just up-converts to 4K like smart TVs do automatically for free. So what's the benefit? Offices closed. Phones not answered. Outerweb visits prove this but notice how they stated months back going to check the office then no follow-up post and when asked about the visits that post quickly deleted by moderators. Why hasn't any new films been added to UF for months? Their deal with Paramount expiring shortly and they stopped at least adding the films paid for? Does that make sense? What about Royal Capital which the outerweb denied any relationship with NTEK and was a private investor. Even in NTEK's owned financial statements stating being an unaffiliated and unassociated investor then proven in fact that it is the founder and majority shareholder DF that owns Royal. That makes sense? An unaudited penny stock scam designed to make the principles wealthy which it has. Everyone jumped ship except the Foleys. All others are bag-holders.
