shorts had the hardest time bringing it under 6.48.
higher highs, higher lows...

rsi from 11 to 14 since the mega slide
be in now or chase this baby on the uptick.

IMO- 7&8 are very close to becoming reality.... like in the next 20 days.

but seems to me the upward trend is STILL continuing regardless.

they are reducing spending by 9 million dollars.... not cuz they died, cuz the project is BASICLY READY.
