You are crawling way past your speed with that weird anti-dilutive equity idea. Debs are supposed to give the recipient a fixed income and can be paid back in paper if necessary - that is why they have anti-dilution clauses. You buy NXt shares then you get the risk and reward - kind of simple concept.
