Not necessarily...corporate suits generally take a long time to play-out & no adjudications have been made in that case so far, per my knowledge. My guess is the cadmium issue...last I heard, QDV had all their bets hedged on CdQD's, not Cd-free. But, who knows, could be any one of a number of reasons. The important thing (possibly[?] for QMC) is the fact that an opening has now apparently been created for a new supplier in that arena.-------Good-find SX
