How would you know that Withow "sold out" two years ago? His wife/ girlfriend was still getting consulting fees of around 5k a month. She also was involved in private placements. He distanced and positioned himself so he didn't have to file. Your statement that he has been " long gone" is extremely misleading. He still has dealings with the company, just like the other scam he just set up. At least in the new company, he was smart enough not to take the lead, and try to distance himself from the pump.
