and Amendments with AutoART Color Solutions Inc.(AUTOART) of Oakville, Ontario,

Mr. Minnema, President of AVATAR states the following. We are very pleased of the
extension as AUTOART and AVATAR have been testing a much better user friendly coating
which would eliminate a significant reduction of time in regards to our image pressing on
garments.

AVATAR will continue on its present focus based on revenues from potential Royalty
