This is a strong indicator the FDA really likes Re-Cell. It is the THIRD time that the FDA has provided pre-FDA approved access to it for patients. First they started with Compassionate Use for up to 24 people, then they later increased the number to 36. Now the FDA has opened it up to 60 more people. A product has to work much better than existing offerings to get this kind of leeway with the FDA.
