One last thing:

1. Who cares where CHDT resides? It is a trading company
with few emplyouees. That is the whole point. Low overhead,
big upside. Is has no sales yet; thank god it is in a strip mall
and not downtown somewhere. Maybe if they sell something they
can spring for some reasonable accomodations.

CPC has a big office and a warehouse and twenty trucks and is
a physical business manufacturing and delivering product.
It has fifty employees, real waiting rooms and secretaries.
All appropriate given they might do 20 million plus.

2. To be clear about Howard- I believe he is "in hiding" until
it closes. No more hints like his previous interviews- the stakes are too high and I believe he will not be discussing
anything until it's a done deal.
He can't be spreading rumors like a big box deal if it might not happen.
