How much time Leo can thank (or blame) Mako?
Market is not stupid and if the execution and progress is right, the company/stock perform well.

We have seen many small biotechs came out of such attack and git bought or performed way better. Their CEOs (or investors) did not keep blaming shorts or article in one magazine.

List down actual progress where company has moved towards actual product approval in short term - 1 year and then see why there is no enthusiasm among investors

B-P3 - exactly after 2 years we still do not know when even 1st P3 will start

K - the wonderkid in blackbox - not sure when the real P2 on one indication will start (in last 2 years it just finished few cohorts and now has to prepare for actual trials)

B-OM - well 1 1/2 years - not even 36 patients enrolled

B-UP trial started - achievement

P - only bright spot - wait for next trial start

I know people will come with huge list of excuses and try to rip this off. But the summary is lack of progressed (trial not failing is partial achievement and it shows more of quality of drug they have not the quality of management)

So from market perspective - where is the excitement to invest in the company?

Leo's big achievement in 2016 is acknowledging that he cannot handle the company as effectively so bring external help in terms of Dr B.

Hope Dr B will make company more attractive.
