Please explain why DCLT is nott reducing the AS along with the REVERSE SPLIT?

And if the COMPANY was nott intending DILUTION, why has it nott reduced the AS by the same 1 for 30 ratio as the REVERSE SPLIT???

Otherwise, the only reason for the RS without a matching ratio AS reduction is to allow headroom for DILUTION.

That's on the COMPANY!
