As a Katrina survivor, keep your head down till it calms down. I wish you the best, and add that be willing to take lead when the visibility clears. Main thing is, you're gonna have people and pets that are gonna need water and food. Don't waste your gas on trying to keep everything cold. Do a huge BBG, let everybody bring all their refrigerated and frozen stuff and just have a big party and meet all the survivors. Y'all gonna have to depend on each other. Use your generator to charge cell phones, calls might not go thru but text seem to work the best. Run a powerstrip and put a sign that people can charge their phones. And for God sake keep protection on your hip ready to rock and roll. May we get to hear some great stories from you when everything has calmed down. STAY SAFE!!!!!!
