I think woof meant that the public/shareholders have to absorb that stock.
Which is true, and has happened rather smoothly. Also better they are liquidating low due to their funds circumstances as opposed to them liquidating all that stock at higher prices.

I've been grabbing 11's,10's, even a small bit of .097ish knowing that the overhang from them will end.
