If Yank takes the financials as 100% accurate and best faith neutral estimates - one can try going directly to GO as he wishes

If one takes the financials as a representation and presentation of a story that would support the NWS for REASONS A B C - then discovery is needed

And such motivation is hopefully viewed and considered by the Appeals Court to be motivation that lead to non Conservator like actions
