Longs, you've been given information.

Instead of sitting staring at a computer and typing insults toward people on a keyboard, take the information that has been presented and have it confirmed or refuted.

I do not know who runs stocklemon, but forget about the insults if you can and focus toward what seems to be pretty valid DD.

It was 2 1/2 weeks ago when I was asking legitimate questions about the alleged financing and funds that Harris was claiming. I posed a series of questions in hopes that he would be straight forward and answer these very basic questions. As the week ended I had come up with ~20 pretty valid questions, all that center around the issues that Stocklemon brought up today.

First, the bond. Put your internet jabs away and focus on what is clear for everyone to see:
______________________________________________________

Stocklemon states:

"First and foremost is the bond asset. To this date we still have not seen anything from the company that would show any form of ownership of $500 million in bonds, or the source of any funds to buy such a portfolio of bonds. Or -- as Rufus now tells us -- $500 mil in cash. THIS IS A LIE. Stocklemon has proven that the bond issue, as identified in a company press release by CUSIP number, has not been “cashed in” and more importantly does not belong to Rufus or Conversion Solutions. THIS ALONE MIGHT BE GOOD FOR 18 MONTHS IN CLUB FED, RUFUS."

Stocklemon then provides a pretty convnicing link to back up what he is saying:

http://www.stocklemon.com/files/THEBOND.pdf

STOCKLEMON CHALLENGES RUFUS TO PROVE OWNERSHIP OF BONDS OR CASH. IF RUFUS CAN PROVE OWNERSHIP WE WILL MAKE A PUBLIC APOLOGY. STOCKLEMON IS CONFIDENT THAT RUFUS WILL BE QUIET ON THIS ISSUE.

I'm not one to call names or label CEO's, but guys....check the date on the issue then check the names of the parties involved. The PR's and Harris's answer to me on here two weeks ago do not clear this matter up at all. And make no mistake...this is a very important matter to clear up!!

I will repost a portion of my offering two weeks ago, because it still goes unanswered today:

Mr. Harris, you stated (in your answer to me) "The interest is not owed by us, but paid to us by the bonds issuing Bank." Now piecing this from the PR that announced this bond deal with Paez....

Question 1) If you are being paid interest (your PR states 13.625%), against what base is this interest being paid to you? Meaning, you are being paid 13.625% of what amount, and how often?

Question 2) If your arrangement with Paez is for CVUS to received interest, what is Paez and/or the 'Issuing Bank' getting from your company in return??

Question 3 (just adding this now on 8-9-06): Bottom line, what are the terms of this alleged financing deal??

Stocklemon goes on to state:

"Rufus also claims that his subsidiaries just need to be funded to be operational and profitable. Stocklemon cannot find any proof of any one of these subsidiaries actually existing as a functioning business. In the few that we can check, this is what we found:

Current Subsidiaries

Tserof Holdings Inc. - Could not find anything on this one. No website,
phone number so maybe this is a startup? If anybody has anything on
this one, I'd like to know.

CVSU Coffee Shop - I cannot find anything on this one. No website,
phone number so maybe this is a startup? If anybody has anything on
this one, I'd like to know.

Equine Solutions Inc. - This is nothing but a side business for Rufus where he personally buys and sells horses.

Stargate Productions, Inc. - I cannot find anything on this one. There
are several Stargate Productions, LLC but I cannot find anything on
Stargate Productions, Inc. No website, phone number so maybe this is a
startup? If anybody has anything on this one, I'd like to know.

Merger Subsidiaries

Live Mortgage Free - I cannot find anything on this one. No website,
phone number so maybe this is a startup? If anybody has anything on
this one, I'd like to know.

Federal Chamber of Commerce - Spoke with the CEO of the Federal
Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Katz was quite sure that he has not even spoken to Rufus in over a year. Rufus made some promises but never delivered on stock or cash.

Center State Beverage - Through a very painful process found this one.
Their website is currently down. The CEO, Mr. Bonneman stated today
that funding from CVSU didn't come through to meet their timelines and
they basically had to move on.

LotteryFever.com - I cannot find anything on this one other than what
was posted on the waatle website. Company seems to be nothing more than a business plan.

InfinityOne Inc. - I cannot find anything on this one. No website,
phone number so maybe this is a startup? If anybody has anything on
this one, I'd like to know.

Amruss Group, LLC - I cannot find anything on this one. No website,
phone number.

LoanShoppers.com - Although the website exists, when we called the phone number on the contact page it was disconnected.

If these are companies still under the alleged umbrella of CSHC, their operations and financials need to be known and evaluated to determine if there is any potential value to CSHC or not.

Folks, someone posted a repost from Rufus that he made last month. His personal goal is to retire to raise thorobred horses. Since his interview with JJ three weeks ago over 11 million shares have been added to the O/S total. That translated to over $11 million dollars based on the pps over the last three weeks. Think no further than the NHRA hobby of Urban Casavant. Anyone familar with CMKX knows exactly what I mean when they saw the money raised from stock issuance going to support a NHRA hobby along with hiding money in asset protection trusts.

We all saw and heard the words he stated about how the new company was going to open at $15 per share. It hasn't. I confirmed with the TA yesterday there is no new filing to another exchange at this time. Stocklemon provided compelling evidence concerning the bond that should have you wanting to get to the bottom of this, rather than type insults to people you don't even know.

1) The float was not bought up. I proved that the Monday after it was claimed.

2) No answers to the financing have come forth.

3) DD revealed today lend very serious questions about this so called financing. The questions I asked long ago are still in play.

4) The stock was not halted prior to it trading under the new symbol. It is not going to a higher exchange at this time and no such papers have been filed pr the TA.

5) There has been no proof that CVSU's financials have been audited. In my yesterday's post, I showed the 8K of mid-July which stated the financials are un-audited, which in direct contridiction to the website.

6) No revenue has been generated to date. The 10K needs to reveal the revenue stream of these 'sub companies' and their operations, or the CEO will face further credibility issues. To date I have not seen any financials on GA, and again I compliled a list of constructive questions over a week ago in a post about GA that went ignored.

7) FHAL was the only money making business I saw that did have some potential and was earning increasing revenue from operations. Even though it wasn't showing a positive net income yet, I liked the business model especially in the face of ever rising fuel costs in a competitive trucking market. What does CSHC do? They cease operations of FHAL as stated in their filing a short while back. To me that makes no sense and needs to be further clarified on why this was done.

Put your emotion to the side and use the sense God hopefully blessed you with to look at what was offered today to hopefully ask the CEO to refute the point Stocklemon made about the bond in his artice, or confirm from Harris that CSHC has no interest in that bond and no proof of the financing he claims. The evidence of today, whether you like seeing it or not, is compelling. The answer the CEO gives will be even more so and the clue as to whether this was ever to be a legitimate company, or just a reason to fund a thorobred racing hobby.

As always, have a good one all. Off to do some write-ups from today's travels.
