Samsa, I mean only 2 Purdue patents have Use Codes. The other 11 patents do not have Use Codes. So I am guessing the new regulations would not protect against the 11 other patents which have no use codes. You can go look at the FDA Orange Book. The Use Code is for around-the-clock long-term opioid treatment, which seems like an obvious use. Patent Use Code is column 7 on the FDA Orange Book listing for Oxycontin.
