Agreed, I feel the biggest problem is the shareholders have no regulatory oversight at all. The system is very corrupt. I have been in the company from the beginning, through 3 name changes and the usual CEO musical chair games that they play.
Amerilithium, Patten, and now PTTN. I am out about $15,000 with this fraud and no one to turn to that gives a damn as in the SEC for example. They don't even respond to complaints.
I will hold till the end and take the tax writeoff at the end. What other alternative do I have. Good luck to all. Hope there will be a positive outcome, although I really am not optimistic.
