I think that's a fair criticism.

I was listening to the radio interview for the second time. Mr. Alex did note that if he had a chance to start over this project again, he said he would not take the route of taking a pink sheet to establishing a new business. Basically, he is seeing the challenges of a public company as he was more equipped to handling private enterprises.

I also do think that he will come through for us. To counter the challenges of public company needs, he hired those Executives so that he can focus on building the business and closing deals. Still very positive about this Company's outlook.
