You Are Right. VELA Loves Awarding Shares

That is how they got in this mess. What you speak of sounds like something more structural and organized, something George Alvarez has failed to demonstrate in the past.

Therefore, I would not bet on this theory.

George can stay in his bunker forever or he can release financials. I assume it would have to be within the next year or so as the SEC wouldn't most like shut VELA down at some point.
