Found on the TWTR board. Very relavant, if not apropos:
we all know that every position one takes in the market is a gamble ... some will win some will lose ... the recode group acting as a conduit for "supposed companies of interest" is nothing new. They have played this role over and over again and they know what they can get away with. They all use each other to get the message out that they want out there at any given time that works to their particular benefit, at that moment.
NOBODY on these message boards knows anymore than anyone else, but each person says what they believe or want to believe ... sound familiar ??? So, until TWTR says they are selling to so and so, the game will go back and forth and most importantly any and all companies can change their mind or since no ones name is identified as the source, they can all still be in or no one is in yet ... keep placing your bets because it ain't over till its over. The best part for all these companies is that the SEC lets them all get away with darn near anything ... the casino is open and very few rules are followed by anyone especially the players better known as a "source involved". The good news is there are already plenty of winners on the long side and the short side and time to play both directions !
