They reported over 500K subs last year, well over a year ago. They have also put $5 million into the CMM system. How could they not be over 1 Mil subs now? Maybe 2 Million. With just 4Billion shares outstanding, this is just a 2 Million dollar valuation, might be worth 50-100 Million or 25-50 TIMES more.
