Actually they bought 1,230,654 @ .0085, so they spent $10,460 + fees. With the drop to .0076, they are at $9,352. Either someone has a lot of money to play with (possible) and thought this was going to continue climbing (anyone who has watched this stock knows this usually just bounces between the .007s and 8s) or they are anticipating a good return at a later date. Not saying it's a good bet, just intrigued when someone is willing to spend that much on a penny stock.
