...do you do limit or market when this happens?

Not much. I try to stab in asks when it looks like some holders of my strike are willing to take what they can get. Me included. Strike 210 is way in the money now, so I don't think technical analysis does much. TA works best close to the money strikes. For my strike, that was Tuesday.
