Perhaps there is a business reason, actually must be a business reason.

It will all come out eventually either way...

I am still seeing exciting days ahead in the mid to long term for this company.

The short term has no doubt sucked at times, once we get past the filings and Chapter 11 I think it will be clear sailing!
