One interesting question to discuss:

"How much would 100% of Arcam be worth to GE today", considering:

- Arcam's earning today
- Arcam's potential earnings short-, mid- and long-term
- Arcam's technology value
- "The competitive advantage value" to GE (possibility to block or delay competitors use of EBM)
- "The development control value" (possibility to fully decide on development priorities)
- any other aspects ???

GE have for sure made calculations on this and come up figures that would also serve as a "pain threshold" for them.
