I am not hear to argue or to do harm to anyone brother
Like I said I want nothing more than to see REAL and especially HONEST people and companies succeed and have always and will continue to help bring Cannabis and Hemp to the world but your Walmart example is just ridiculous
They would have a cease and desist order slapped on you and shut you down immediately because what my Trademark and Patent Attorney has already told me is that the main body of the name such as Walmart® or HempLife® is the base of merit and just adding TODAY as an example DOES IN FACT infringe upon the original mark and it's use and is then hereby not allowed

And as I have already stated I am more than willing to work with the company and help bring Cannabis/Hemp to the masses and do great things because no matter what we are always stronger together and there will be more than enough business to go around for everyone
