They'll only release that information to insiders.

Why is that? Could EAPH be just another dilution scam? I think it is. The signs are surely all there. Just look again at this pump n' dumpy chart they've generated:

Not an investment-quality stock, and surely not one to buy when it's rallying unless one just needs to lose some money fast.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
