All in all, Venn Life Sciences just acquired control over all EHSK products EXCEPT THOSE IN CANADA. EHSK still holds Canada patent and trademark.

“Excluded Assets”
means the shares of Enhance Skin Products (Canada) Limited;

Just the shares which I assume are nominal\private.

If you look at the SCHEDULE 4 it shows the Canadian patents included.
