With no revenue, incompetent management will not file a simple 10-Q? This is not a company capable of planting a single bean, and a company with a lot to hide, like how many millions of shares it is handing out to promoters instead of building a business.
No excuse for paying promoters to pump a stock, when the company deliberately acts to prevent investors from seeing ANYthing that company is doing other than writing hollow news releases.
Shame on you Jonathan Fink.
Regulators should halt trading in any company promoting itself, without meeting full and current SEC disclosure requirements. I will call a former SEC enforcement attorney I know, now in private practice, see what can be done about this situation.
