They will only do the R/S if they can complete the secondary. No need to do it if there isn't any cash on hand to operate. The secondary was supposed to be done by the end of September, but like everything with this company, it is overdue. If they don't close the offering successfully in the next couple of weeks, it will be over. I have a feeling they will get enough to keep going.

The dilution will be brutal....
