Dallas, TX -- Jul 30, 2015 -- InvestorsHub Newswire -- North American Cannabis Holdings announced the execution of an exchange agreement with Puration, Inc. on Tuesday, July, 28 2015.  In conjunction with agreement, the Company announced that August 3rd, 2015 will be the record date for a dividend. Shareholders of North American as of close of business on August 3rd will be eligible to receive on share of Puration common stock for every one share held in USMJ to be issued through a dividend distribution.
