Correct and with the massive debt that needs to be settled their will be nothing for JNSH to take. Any settlement would come after all outstanding debt is paid. They simply owe more than there assets are worth.

But in bankruptcy that does not work. The laws are against those declaring bankruptcy as a way to avoid a settlement.
