it was discovered the float was over 500% higher than the false claim of 600k.



WOW is all that can be said....

and let's not forget the Preferred shares they issued for the "new" company....at the same time the new company was invented....

Renaming SMCE doesn't make the "new" company smell better... actually makes it smell worse...doesn't it.
