Hello alsteps and crop duster been a while. Yes that is my understanding of the conversion that it is 100,000 common for 1 preferred that is the rate at which I received my preferred.

I am of the belief that the r/s does not effect your preferred shares. The r/s was of the common shares only to my knowledge. So shouldn't have changed anything for us. If someone has any info that contradicts this please share as I have not looked up the info on the r/s since it has happened.

I will certainly let you guys know what the outcome of the conversion of my shares is as soon as I know.

As far as there being an issue with the TA it took for ever for my preferred shares to show up but once they did I was under the impression everything was cleared up.
