I know you wasnt really asking me but I will honestly say I dont know. Im hoping for the best and expecting the worse.

All I know is I need a house, and Im not worried about losing a couple grand on this. I blow more than that on worthless crap in a month just to live so Im trying to make a change and If I cant make a big change then forget it anyway. Im going to ride up or all the way back down. It doesnt matter but I will be one greatful sob if it continues up. Hell Im greatful for what Im up now. I will ride it down to .0001 or bankruptcy. So you folk are stuck with me.
