The current O/S is about 7.33 billion shares.
Adrian just added 15 billion shares to the A/S.
This gives him 17.67 billion shares in dilution headspace ((10 - 7.33) + 15).
Where do you get 12+ billion?
If the answer is no, then why would someone sell Adrian a $10 million company for $1 million in heavily diluted stock for a company with no products and no revenue?
