You are 100% correct in your statements-my perspective has always been that once you stop believing in the management team it's time to walk away.

In my situation (as a 7+ year shareholder) I decided that I have too much time and emotion invested in the company to completely walk away so I kept some of my shares and put the rest in another speculative investment in the same market segment.

The one concrete thing I've done is stopped thinking about GALT (or CNAT) on a daily basis, if and when something happens it will happen-if not, so be it.
