Fuelman the long awaited filings are suppsed to be completed any day now and the 10k finally out.





"Dear Harvy,

Spoke to OTC Markets. They said this is common (majority of companies listed) and that filing the 10-K is the best way to go (which we are doing). They said that filing an 8-K would move it to "yield."
