No bottle TBEV Dist in US FDA rules

Tbev does not have approval to sell individual bottles in the US see FDA agreement FACT
If propom was to have it manufactured and send it to usa .
First it needs approval from COFEPRIS Mexico to sell in Mexico.
Second it needs approval from FDA in US to sell product manufactured in Mexico .
How long will that take and how many shares can lyintoby sell before it happens ...FACT and then do a RS again
