I was forewarned that I would receive this message immediately from several of the regulars.

I am a shareholder that will not engage in any slandering whatsoever but based on my reading of the facts will state my understanding and will ask the company for information.

I am a google adwords PPC certified with a deep understanding of the space after a decade in the industry. From what I read the stated online initiatives are based on new approached to PPC. They may get it right, they may get it wrong but there is nothing same old about what they are proclaiming.

Everyone is free to do as they wish and I'm not sure how active I'll even be on this board based on what I've heard. The information coming from this company is far from merely peddling LED, as clearly stated.

In a $T industry there is plenty of room for new approaches. The web is all about new approaches and we'll see whether they can make a name for themselves going forward, as they clearly haven't executed their past plans as expected. I'd be upset too based on what has transpired in the past but this is forward looking.

Trying to raise tens of millions for energy and commodity recovery with commodities at near all time lows and energy prices following would have been a recipe for disaster as evidenced.

Unless there are other google certified players here, you might want to either listen or research for yourselves. In short order the referenced twitter feed has become inundated with marketing gurus with massive audiences following the information. Look for yourself. See who is following the independent twitter feed in the last 48 hours.

Anyone who is familiar with launching products on line knows how difficult it is to break through. Google has whored itself out and is now more a paid search engine than an organic one. This can't last forever as Google's credibility is starting to suffer and consumers are paying little regard for paid search.

IF this company can execute a complement to PPC as they have stated, then they may have something. That should be the focus. IMO
