I don't think this applies to shares sold now on the open market UNLESS GE bought YOUR shares at (for example) SEK 290 and then offered another party SEK 292 (or SEK 600, for example).
It's a REALLY GOOD reason to hold your shares, or buy, if you think that GE will increase their bid.
