The stock is 90% lower than it was 5 months ago. As the price gets lower, they have to issue more shares in order to get the same amount. At the rate the PPS is going down, they will easily issue 500+ million shares by January 1. They didn't ask for ONE BILLION more shares for nothing. As the chart shows its been in the PPS has been in the crapper for the whole of september yet
