Not a matter of if on R/S - but when. Basic math. At the rate of dilution, they will have to raise the ceiling again in a mere 2-3 months. Insane.

334 million added in 5 months not 900 in 2/3 months but why let facts get in the way of good speculation

Plenty of stocks with much larger OS in OTC and no reverse split, not defending DNRG as they are obviously being run in a very unprofessional manner. But lets not resort to hyperbole
